Split Weekend Clause , What it means?

If the payment due date falls on a Sunday, or on a Monday that is not a Business Day in the place where payment is to be made, payment shall be made in immediately available funds to Seller on the next Business Day after such payment due date. If the payment due date falls on a Saturday, or on a non-Business Day other than a Monday in the place where payment is to be made, payment shall be made in immediately available funds to Seller on the last Business Day prior to such payment due date.
